As a part of Mastercard’s Integrated Marketing and Communication organization, the Global Marketing Product & Engineering team partners with the Product organization and is accountable for end-to-end B2B2C, B2B & product marketing. This includes leveraging consumer insights and market knowledge to help identify, test, and refine product concepts, positioning and packaging; developing sales enablement and b2b2c tools; and developing, executing and scaling marketing plans globally. The Vice President Global B2B Marketing is member of the larger Global B2B & Product Marketing organization and works closely with the product & engineering and GTM teams with a focus on Open Finance to create marketing solutions for businesses, leverage Mastercard’s assets and marketing platforms, and deliver a consistent and differentiated consumer and stakeholder experience, especially in the areas of Open Finance, data as an enabler and service and developer APIs and marketing. • Do you have a passion for Open Finance, data as a service and developer marketing? • Are you an experienced Marketing Leader, especially in B2B GTM and product marketing? • Are you respected for your marketing strategy, creativity and clear communication? • Are you comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, able to set goals for yourself and others to drive initiatives forward and deliver tangible results? We are looking for a top marketing performer with entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to play a key role in building marketing strategy, promoting superior experiences and buyer-centric business solutions, working with exceptional colleagues around the globe to accelerate awareness, consideration and solution sales. Role • Develop and implement the B2B marketing strategy and marketing activities for Open Finance, Developers and cross-Services and company solutions • Develop, launch, optimize suitable B2B and developer campaigns with a focus on Open Finance use-cases, data enablers and embedded technologies • Apply performance-based marketing strategy and tactics, especially in the area of lead generation and account-based marketing for B2B direct, embedded and partner selling • Drive a culture of learning through creative/narrative testing, sharing and optimizing across the full range of GTM positioning, content distribution media channels and your own team members/ direct reports • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the global marketing organization and local/regional marketing and business partners to effectively navigate through the Mastercard matrix across business units and regions • Ensure business objectives are aligned with Global marketing priorities and cater to emerging opportunities • Be an aspirational people leader and manage the Open Finance and leverage the larger B2B Product Portfolio marketing team by role modelling the Mastercard Way • Cooperate with various functional and regional teams to drive our Open Finance, Developer and data differentiation agenda to ensure impact on reven ...
