Title and Summary Vice President, Enterprise Strategy Overview: Join our dynamic Strategy and Execution team. This strategy role is ideal for someone passionate about payments and innovation. Our team focuses on Commercial and New Payment flows – payments made and received by small business & large corporations, and money movement transactions (e.g., P2P) via our Mastercard Move capabilities. Role: Partners with business leaders within CNPF to design, evaluate and advance their strategies, with a strong focus on in-market delivery and implementation. • Contribute to the CNPF’s overall strategy through thought leadership and creativity. • Build strong, cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders across MA (e.g., Core Payments, Services, regional leadership and other function groups etc. ) to drive execution • Identify, structure, and prioritize cross-functional initiatives (e.g., secular shift opportunities, market-level execution plans, key product priorities, etc.) to generate actionable recommendations. • Apply strategic and analytical rigor to product and regional strategies, acting as a thought partner • Maintain knowledge of the commercial and money movement landscape and market trends to develop innovative solutions and product strategies. • Share learnings and insights with Divisional Presidents, Country Managers, and other key stakeholders, where relevant. • Management of cross functional teams to drive outputs and deliverables. All About You • Extensive experience in strategy consulting or developing go-to-market strategies for payments. • Extensive experience of translating strategies to execution plans, driving end to end execution – particularly in a cross-functional environment • Strong understanding of Mastercard's products, services, and key revenue drivers, as well as the larger payment industry. • Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. • Analytical and solutions-oriented with the ability to drive thought leadership in commercial payments & money movement Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
