Title and Summary Lead Business Analyst Overview The Global Business Solution Centre’s Financial Systems team acts as consultants supporting the Shared Services Organization and other Mastercard business owners through support of key systems by providing project management, application and end-user support. The team is built upon strong contributors with leadership abilities, consulting mindsets and strong project management skills. The primary responsibility will be the support of SAP Order Management modules and related tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and strong functional knowledge of SAP Order Management applications. Role • Manage system enhancements, projects, strategy, setups & system support for SAP Order Management. • Deep understanding of managing and fulfilment of Order, pricing, integration of Orders with third-party billing applications, importing data from customer facing application. • Provide ongoing Production Support - including problem management. Will include logging tickets, status communication & escalation (as needed). • Collaborate with internal technical teams to facilitate/test issue resolution • Partner with key business users to provide application overviews (including new functionality), assess automation opportunities and/or provide system training as needed. • Lead evaluation efforts for new products and/or functionality based on business requirements. • Ensure solution design, configuration and training guides are updated based on application changes or new functionality. • Complete testing efforts timely related to application patching, upgrades, modifications, etc. • Create effective business/technical requirements, analysis & documentation for assigned projects. All About You • Bachelor's degree, or Information Systems - or equivalent work experience. • MBA preferred. • Minimum 5 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Order to Cash: pricing, order management, condition contracts, EDI and billing • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects • Experience in end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture. • Minimum of 2 years experience driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live • Ability to quickly engage and influence business partners – driving change in the organization • Proficiency with MS Office applications • Excellent written & verbal communication skills required – with the ability to effectively communicate & develop strong relationships within a multinational organization • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to independently prioritize and manage assigned projects • Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
