About the Opportunity The Chinese Growth Center drives growth across Chinese-speaking markets. This role sits close to the center of decision-making, supporting the Head of CGC directly on high-priority cross-functional initiatives. The immediate focus is the practical application of AI in business operations — identifying where AI can drive real productivity gains, and making it actually happen. Beyond the AI workstream, this role will evolve to cover other strategic initiatives over time. This is a role for someone who takes ownership end-to-end. You will be expected to get your hands dirty, move fast, and deliver — not just coordinate. What You’ll Be Doing Drive the full lifecycle of AI initiatives hands-on — from scoping and tool research to solution design, testing, and rollout Work across teams to embed AI tools into real business workflows and track measurable outcomes Identify blockers early and solve them proactively, without waiting to be directed Stay current on emerging AI tools and synthesize findings into repeatable best practices for the team Own progress tracking and delivery management for key initiatives, keeping milestones on track and quality high Build lightweight dashboards and reporting to keep the Head of CGC informed and decisions moving Pick up new initiatives quickly, build context fast, and deliver in ambiguous or fast-changing situations Surface collaboration friction across teams and drive alignment where needed What We Look For In You Bachelor's degree or above Deep AI User, with practical experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney) — able to speak to specific use cases and outcomes Strong ownership and hands-on ability to work steadily under pressure, managing multiple workstreams in parallel and still deliver quality Clear communicator who is able to collaborate and convey work process well to various stakeholders Procifiency in English as a working language, and fluent in Mandarin in order to service Mandarin-speaking clients (as required in the role) Nice to Haves Experience in internet, content, e-commerce, or growth-related roles Background in cross-functional project management or initiative delivery Hands-on with Prompt Engineering or workflow automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) Familiarity with Chinese-speaking market dynamics and user behavior Perks Benefits Competitive total compensation package LD programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development Various team building programs and company events Wellness and meal allowances Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants More that we love to tell you along the process!
