Role Summary The Operations Associate will work directly with the Country General Manager and play a central role in driving the execution of key priorities across the organization. Acting as a strategic coordination partner to the GM, the role helps translate leadership priorities into well-organised projects, decisions, and follow-through across teams. This role functions as a strategic operations and coordination hub , helping translate leadership priorities into action. The Operations Associate will support high-priority projects, manage critical workflows, synthesise information for decision-making, and help ensure that initiatives move forward efficiently across teams. The role combines elements of operations, project management, executive support, and strategic coordination , providing a front-row seat to the building and scaling of ALX’s presence in Ethiopia.
