About the team The Finance & Corporate Development team at Airwallex drives the company's financial strategy and growth. Our team focuses on financial planning, analysis, and corporate transactions to ensure Airwallex's long-term success. What you'll do Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping Airwallex’s financial trajectory and influencing strategic decisions across the company. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution. You will work closely with senior leaders to evaluate opportunities, track performance, and ensure capital and resources are allocated to the areas that matter most. Your work will guide where we invest, how we scale, and how we stay accountable to our long-term goals. You will bring strong financial modelling and analytical skills, paired with the strategic thinking required to solve open-ended problems and influence decision-making. You can go deep into data to uncover what’s driving performance, then elevate to extract implications and communicate them clearly. You know how to bridge insight and action, working across functions to align stakeholders and drive outcomes. You take ownership, operate well in ambiguity, and bring sound judgment to complex decisions.
