In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to clients using Anaplan’s Consolidation software, ensuring the seamless integration of financial data and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consolidation processes, financial reporting, and can troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Client Support:</strong></p>

<li>Provide exceptional support to clients using consolidation software, addressing queries, and resolving technical issues promptly.</li>
<li>Guide clients through the implementation and configuration of consolidation software to meet their specific accounting and financial reporting requirements.</li>

<p><strong>Technical Troubleshooting:</strong></p>

<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to consolidation software, collaborating with internal development teams to ensure timely resolution.</li>
<li>Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Accounting Expertise:</strong></p>

<li>Utilize your strong accounting knowledge to assist clients in understanding and implementing consolidation best practices.</li>
<li>Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to provide accurate guidance on financial reporting requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Training and Documentation:</strong></p>

<li>Develop and deliver training sessions to clients on the effective use of consolidation software.</li>
<li>Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides and FAQs, to facilitate self-help and enhance the user experience.</li>
