Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next - together!</p></div><p>As <em><strong>Global Senior Counsel Labor & Employment Attorney,</strong></em> you will provide strategic legal guidance on all aspects of labor and employment law, advising HR and business leaders on compliance, risk management, policy, investigations, litigation (discrimination, wage/hour, leave), terminations, and managing outside counsel, requiring deep expertise in laws like FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and NLRA, plus strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. This role reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer.</p> <p><strong>Your Impact </strong></p> <ul> <li>Legal Advisory: Provide proactive advice and guidance/coaching on complex issues like accommodations, leaves (FMLA, ADA), wage & hour, harassment, discrimination, and terminations.</li> <li>Litigation & Claims Management: Manage employment litigation, administrative charges (EEOC), and claims, often directing and managing outside counsel.</li> <li>Compliance: Ensure adherence to global, federal, state, and local employment laws (eg. Title VII, FLSA, ADEA, NLRA, OSHA).</li> <li>Risk Management: Partner with business leaders to identify and manage legal risks, supporting business goals.</li> <li>Document Review: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and communications, including managing administrative charge responses, responding to claims and demand letters. </li> <li>Investigations: Oversee and guide internal investigations into employee relations matters, working collaboratively with the HR team.</li> <li>Policy & Training: In collaboration with the People team, develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with the ultimate goal of creating a positive employee relations environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Qualifications</strong> </p> <ul> <li>At least 12 years of relevant employment legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department or a combination.</li> <li>A United States-qualified lawyer with an accredited law degree and a   current license.</li> <li>Strong demonstration of strategic thinking: apply legal knowledge to complex business challenges, offering practical solutions with the ability to spot and analyze complex issues and devise practical strategies and solutions.</li> <li>Experience leading projects, managing teams, and mentoring junior staff.< ...
