The Sr Strategy Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. This individual will collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing leadership, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize their efforts and unlock new growth opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication to drive success in a dynamic environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Analyze Market Trends:</strong> Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities. Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights.</li> <li><strong>GTM Strategy Development:</strong> Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine our GTM strategic approach across multiple segments and channels. Identify target market segments, define value propositions, and create go-to-market plans for new products or services.</li> <li><strong>Annual Planning</strong>: Lead the development and execution of annual planning processes, including budget, headcount planning and target setting. Collaborate with Sales leadership and Finance teams to establish revenue targets, expense budgets, and resource allocation plans aligned with strategic objectives.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Initiatives:</strong> Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to support annual sales objectives, such as market expansion, pricing strategies, and sales enablement programs.
