Our AI-powered product network empowers governments and businesses to build a more resilient and secure global economy while keeping trade flowing.</p></div><h3><strong>The Role: Brand Designer</strong></h3> <p>Altana is looking for a strong Brand Designer to join our creative team. You will translate complex AI and trade concepts into clear, compelling, and human-centered design systems and visual touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure our brand is consistent, distinctive, and scalable, while playing a critical, hands-on role in executing the Altana brand identity across a variety of marketing and sales enablement channels.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Responsible For:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Brand Design:</strong> Execute day-to-day production design work, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, and website assets.</li> <li><strong>Sales Enablement:</strong> Design and rapidly iterate on professional sales decks, presentation templates, and internal communications, ensuring visual consistency across all key external communications.</li> <li><strong>Marketing Collateral:</strong> Create and update a range of enablement assets such as one-pagers, case studies, event signage, and email graphics.</li> <li><strong>Brand Adherence:</strong> Serve as a brand guardian for day-to-day assets, ensuring all materials strictly adhere to established brand guidelines, including but not limited to typography, color, illustration, and more. </li> <li><strong>Brand Evolution:</strong> Ideate and innovate alongside the Head of Brand and creative team to continue to evolve and grow the brand.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to translate the team’s goals and content into compelling visual stories.</li> <li><strong>Asset Management:</strong> Assist in organizing and maintaining the design asset library and foundational brand files.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a related field (internships and academic projects are welcome).</li> <li>A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and clean, scalable design execution.</li> <li>Proficiency in design software like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote).</li> <li>Ability to think strategically about brand while executing at a high craft level</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple production deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for turning complex ideas into simple, beautiful designs.</li> <li>Ability to communicate, collaborate, and explain design decisions clearly.</li> </ul> <p><em>This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, USA  with hybrid work flexibility and candidates must be within commuting distance from our Williamsburg office.</em><br><br></p> <h3><strong>US Salary Range and Benefits</strong></h3> <p>Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000</p> <p><strong>Compensation & Equity:</strong> The salary range, to the extent specified for this role, is a good faith statement of the minimum and maximum levels of the annual based salary for the position.
