Position Summary As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will lead the email strategy, alignment and nurture program execution across our global portfolio of products, including audience management, and A/B testing. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business, primarily in marketing demand generation. In addition, you will prioritize the optimization and performance of these programs to drive a qualified pipeline for the sales team. Responsibilities Design the requirements and development of an evergreen email nurture that programmatically aligns to business units’ pipeline goals, products of interest and account based intent. Support and execute the prospect and customer journey using nurture streams, automation and emails throughout the buyer’s journey. Work closely with Marketing Automation Team liaisons to optimize all aspects of email programs and automation within Marketo including Program Setup and Audience Segmentation. Ensure all email nurtures follow industry best practices and comply with privacy regulations. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to incorporate fresh and relevant market insights into email. Provide support for marketing programs within technology stack, utilizing data and scoring models to drive audience targeting. Build and manage standardized audience segmentation from various data sets and incorporate intent models to determine ideal messages across channels for targeting. Ensure consistent and effective use of email and other digital channels align to holistic lead to account management. Assist with and provide insights into database optimization, including driving optimization of nurture to support scoring and lead lifecycle advancement. Drive testing and optimization for evergreen email nurture program with key marketing and CRO stakeholders. Support the execution of the Marketing Technology roadmap, keep abreast of industry trends and new use cases within tech stack. Qualifications BA, BS, or equivalent degree 3-5 years in B2B marketing (ideally software) and fluency in the strategy, tactics, metrics, and best practices for growing awareness and generating leads 3-5 years working with marketing technologies to build automated, engaging and well personalized experiences to help customers understand business value Proficiency in email marketing, webinars (we use Goldcast), CRM (we use SFDC) including reporting on, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of the campaign builds Proficiency in account based marketing principals as well as lead funnels for lifecycle alignment Comfortable with interpreting go-to-market signals from various data sources Strong interpersonal skills. Must be sharp, energetic, assertive, and results oriented. Able to prioritize and focus in a rapidly evolving environment The Ideal Candidate Mid-level working knowledge of Marketo MAP and SFDC CRM Basic understanding of account-based marketing platforms (ideally 6sense) Has a passion for marketing SaaS solutions, connecting customer needs with product capabilities, and driving performance ...
