ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a strategic and proactive Contract Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our engineering, product, and business teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering and product leaders to define effective hiring strategies, strengthen recruiting operations, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Contributing to our talent team's biggest initiatives, you’ll adapt to shifting priorities across the organization to support hiring needs wherever the business requires. This position is fully remote within U.S. time zones (Pacific through Eastern) and requires consistent collaboration across teams, including shared working hours for cross-functional alignment. This will be a 6 month assignment, with opportunity for extension or conversion, pending on performance and business needs. Responsibilities: Deliver full-cycle recruiting services for assigned technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer stage Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and provide recommendations on sourcing and hiring strategy Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, outreach, and network engagement Manage candidate flow across active searches, ensuring timely communication and a high-quality candidate experience Facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, coordination, and feedback collection, while maintaining process consistency Provide structured candidate evaluations and market insights to support informed hiring decisions Track and report on pipeline activity, candidate progress, and key recruiting metrics on a regular cadence Identify potential bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Adapt support across different roles or teams based on evolving business needs and agreed priorities Maintain accurate and organized records within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) ABOUT YOU Required : You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles, including at least 3 years focused specifically on technical recruiting.
