Based in Austin at our global headquarters, you’ll build and perfect a recruiting process that is fast and rigorous - exceptional at every touchpoint. You’ll work alongside executive leadership, leveraging AI and automation as core infrastructure while holding the bar on quality and velocity. What you build in Austin becomes the playbook that scales to our hubs in Argentina and Brazil.
