This is a unique opportunity to join a global restaurant technology and SaaS company while making a real local impact.</p> <p data-start="810" data-end="1210">As a <strong data-start="815" data-end="842">Field Account Executive</strong>, you will be part of a team transforming how restaurants in Luxembourg operate. Using a consultative sales approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your territory. By understanding their unique needs, you will develop customised solutions that help their businesses thrive, while building the Lightspeed brand in Luxembourg.</p> <p data-start="1212" data-end="1263"><strong data-start="1212" data-end="1263">📍 Note: This role is field-based in Luxembourg</strong></p> <p data-start="1212" data-end="1263"><strong data-start="1212" data-end="1263"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/ewBMI5EdVL0" width="560" height="314"></iframe></strong></p> <h3 data-start="1270" data-end="1295">Your responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li data-start="1299" data-end="1482">Generate lists of prospective restaurants in Luxembourg and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound calls and walk-ins to close (self-sourcing experience is a strong plus)</li> <li data-start="1299" data-end="1482">Conduct in-person and remote product demos and design solutions that best meet each prospect’s needs</li> <li data-start="1299" data-end="1482">Build trusted relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers</li> <li data-start="1299" data-end="1482">Partner with internal teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met during onboarding and delivery</li> <li data-start="1299" data-end="1482">Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting</li> <li data-start="1299" data-end="1482">Understand the local competitive landscape and position Lightspeed as a leading restaurant and POS solution in Luxembourg</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2008" data-end="2043">What you will bring to the team</h3> <ul> <li><strong data-start="2695" data-end="2716">Fluent in English</strong><span data-start="2695" data-end="2716">, </span><strong data-start="2746" data-end="2766">French</strong><span data-start="2746" data-end="2766">.
