We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Leadership of Blackbird (Development Accelerator) and their team. This role is critical to enabling efficient operations across a fast-paced, in-house business and service organization. Blackbird engages across the RA organization as well as externally with many of RA’s portfolio companies. Blackbird also drives uptake, utilization and oversight of Swiftbridge, RA Capital’s China Clinical Development organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, understands the complexity and urgency of supporting asset development discussions, and can seamlessly manage priorities, communications, and cross-functional coordination with discretion and professionalism. The candidate will be comfortable interacting with individuals of all levels and locations globally. Interactions may include touch points with a number of different types of stakeholders including patient advocates and patient advocacy groups, members of the Swiftbridge China team, C-suite level executives at portfolio companies and vendors and inter ...
