Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Scheduler with strong multitasking, communication, and technology skills. This role focuses on scheduling caregiver shifts, ensuring coverage, and maintaining constant communication with collaborators in a fast-paced environment. Location: Royal Offices, Mogotio Road, Westlands, Nairobi Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST (7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:00 AM–6:30 PM \u007C 30-min lunch + 2 breaks) Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Scheduler • Experiencie in Home Health, Health Care, Scheduling or recruiting. • Excellent phone and communication skills • Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly • Knowledge of basic medical terminology • Fluent in English C1+ • Experience with caregiving or CNA/PCA experience is a plus Key Responsibilities • Schedule and ensure coverage of caregiver shifts • Coordinate daily caregiver activities • Handle a high volume of calls and text messages professionally • Maintain accurate records and update Google Sheets and CRM systems • Communicate regularly with caregivers to confirm availability • Support general office and administrative tasks #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
