<p data-start="140" data-end="195"><strong data-start="140" data-end="193">👋 Hello from the Recruiting Team at Customer.io!</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team and help drive the next stage of Customer.io’s growth. In this role, you’ll represent Customer.io to our largest prospective customers and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to demo to close.</p> <p>You’ll partner with a dedicated Sr. SDR to source opportunities while also fielding inbound demand generated by our marketing team. Once customers are onboarded, you’ll hand them off to our supportive Customer Success and Technical Support teams, ensuring they have the expertise they need to thrive.</p> <h3 data-start="805" data-end="823">What you’ll do</h3> <ul data-start="824" data-end="1492"> <li data-start="824" data-end="956">Manage qualified leads from inbound and outbound teams; run discovery calls (using MEDDPICC) and drive full-cycle deals to close</li> <li data-start="957" data-end="1069">Collaborate with your Sr. SDR on account targeting, sales strategy, and prospecting to engage top ICP brands</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1142">Schedule and deliver compelling online demos for qualified prospects</li> <li data-start="1143" data-end="1227">Uncover customer business needs and position Customer.io’s solutions effectively</li> <li data-start="1228" data-end="1326">Own your numbers: track and report on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue performance</li> <li data-start="1327" data-end="1399">Self-source pipeline as needed to stay on track for quota attainment</li> <li data-start="1400" data-end="1492">Use value-based selling to clearly communicate the features and benefits of our platform</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1494" data-end="1507">About you</h3> <ul data-start="1508" data-end="2121"> <li data-start="1508" data-end="1595">3–5 years of top performance as a Senior Account Executive (or similar) in B2B SaaS</li> <li data-start="1596" data-end="1661">Proven track record of consistently achieving quota and goals</li> <li data-start="1662" data-end="1730">Familiar with MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology</li> <li data-start="1731" data-end="1824">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, engaging presence</li> <li data-start="1825" data-end="1895">Ability to uncover business needs and recommend relevant solutions</li> <li data-start="1896" data-end="1977">Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li data-start="1978" data-end="2061">Creative problem-solver who can think beyond the ask to find the right solution</li> <li data-start="2062" data-end="2121">Bonus: experience selling Marketing Technology products</li> </ul> <h3>About <a href="http://customer.io/">Customer.io</a></h3> <p>Our mission at <a href="http://customer.io/">Customer.io</a> is to power automated communication that people like to receive.
