<p data-start="354" data-end="670">Partners play a meaningful role in how we grow. As a <strong>Senior</strong> <strong data-start="423" data-end="450">Channel Account Manager</strong>, you’ll help scale our partner-led motion by managing agency relationships, enabling partners to effectively sell with Customer.io, and driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue within an established channel program.</p>
<p data-start="672" data-end="899">This role is execution-focused and well-scoped. You’ll work closely with agencies, Account Executives, and internal teams to activate partners, support co-selling efforts, and ensure consistent engagement across your territory.</p>
<h3 data-start="901" data-end="919">What You’ll Do</h3>

<li data-start="922" data-end="1001">Manage and grow relationships with agency partners within an assigned territory</li>
<li data-start="1004" data-end="1103">Execute co-selling motions with Account Executives, including warm referrals and joint deal support</li>
<li data-start="1106" data-end="1166">Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement</li>
<li data-start="1169" data-end="1240">Drive partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to closed revenue targets</li>
<li data-start="1243" data-end="1332">Deliver product and sales enablement that helps partners position Customer.io effectively</li>
<li data-start="1335" data-end="1404">Track partner activity, engagement, and progress against shared goals</li>
<li data-start="1407" data-end="1479">Support partner-led campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives</li>
<li data-start="1482" data-end="1544">Gather partner feedback and share insights with internal teams</li>
<li data-start="1547" data-end="1627">Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to execute channel programs</li>
<li data-start="1630" data-end="1698">Represent Customer.io in partner meetings and select industry events</li>
