The Role As we continue our growth at Nabla, with an ambitious hiring roadmap, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team in New York. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, sourcing and engaging with candidates to help build strong pipelines for US based Go To Market roles across the company. You’ll be part of an experienced international recruiting team, and partner closely with our Senior TA Specialist in NYC to bring top GTM talent into the interview process, get them excited about joining our team, and help us hire faster and smarter. This is a full-time hybrid role working out of our Brooklyn Navy Yard office (1-2 days/week remote, 3-4 days/week office). Responsibilities - Source and engage candidates across our job posts, LinkedIn, and referral - Craft outreach messages that get great candidates to respond - Build pipelines of strong talent for current and future roles - Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, experience, and interest - Ensure excellency in candidate experience throughout their entire recruitment process - Help improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience Qualifications - 2–4+ years of experience in proactive sourcing and recruiting for GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success). - Strong LinkedIn sourcing and search skills - Organized and able to manage multiple roles at once - Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment - Experience conducting candidate screening interviews - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Experience in a startup or high-growth company a plus - Familiarity with ATS (we use Ashby), and other AI tools that support your activity - Comfortable working in a multicultural environment (Nabla has teams in the US and in France) BENEFITS Just like we’re dedicated to supporting doctors’ well-being, ensuring yours is a top priority.
