About the role: We are looking for a Driver Onboarding Training Manager to build, own, and deliver our Dedicated Driver training program from the ground up. This is not a facilitation-only role; you will design the curriculum, build the content, partner with recruiting to ensure every new driver is set up for success, and travel into the field to validate that training is landing correctly. You'll report to our Senior Manager of Dedicated Driver Operations and work closely with Regional Managers, recruiting, and our revenue team to ensure our drivers are trained, compliant, and performing at the highest level from day one.
