Founding Partnerships Manager in SF
We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to own our reseller and affiliate relationships post-sale. You will be responsible for jumping on calls with our reseller partners and their clients, help keep their accounts happy, hunt for new potential partners, and strategize on Hyperbound’s partner motion. This is a high-ownership role where you will help shape the playbook for a new category and directly influence how Hyperbound grows.
Job Description
- Own a book of business across current reseller and affiliate partner accounts
- Drive adoption of Hyperbound (Roleplays, Real Call Scoring, certifications, learning modules) while collaborating with our solutions engineers
- Support resellers to tie Hyperbound usage to their customer’s business outcomes
- Identify churn risks early and proactively solve adoption challenges
- Turn partner success stories into references and case studies that drive future sales
Who we're looking for:
- You have 3+ years of partnerships experience
- You are comfortable being measured on revenue as well as partner success
- You know how to run QBRs that connect product usage to business outcomes
- You have consistently renewed and expanded your book, not just kept partners happy
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build the playbook, not just follow one
- You have stayed in roles long enough to prove impact (1+ year stints)
- You have excellent people skills, and are ready to travel frequently and look forward to building personal relationships with customers
- You’re excited to roll up your sleeves and work with a lean tech stack, helping shape our systems as we grow

Initial Screen: A phone call or two with the founders Atul and Sriharsha to get to know you.
Call reviews + Plan of Actions: You will be sent a real life partnership call recording that we will ask you to listen to, break down, and prepare a plan of action for. Additionally, you will be asked to perform a mock partnership discovery call with our AI roleplay bot on Hyperbound.ai http://Hyperbound.ai.
Final Panel Interview: Meet with the leadership team to go over final questions.
