Your primary focus will be proactively identifying, engaging, and building high-quality pipelines of technical talent — particularly passive candidates — ahead of hiring demand. ## You will partner closely with recruiters and Engineering leaders across the Netherlands, Denmark, and Turkey to shape hiring strategies, refine target profiles, and identify exceptional technical talent who can thrive at Uber’s scale and complexity. Rather than focusing on full-cycle recruiting or offer management, you will specialize in talent mapping, advanced search strategy, and long-term pipeline development across critical technical domains. ## Leveraging data, predictive analytics, and emerging AI tools, you will design innovative sourcing approaches to identify, nurture, and activate top talent for repeatable, hard-to-fill roles.
