About the Role Lyra is looking for a Credentialing Associate who is energized by the prospect of delivering day-to-day support while contributing to a highly compliant, accreditation-ready credentialing program aligned with The Joint Commission standards. This role will support a nationwide network of mental health providers and group therapy practices through onboarding and ongoing credentialing processes, ensuring all activities meet rigorous regulatory and documentation requirements. The Credentialing Associate will play a key role in maintaining audit-ready provider files, supporting Joint Commission compliance efforts, and ensuring accuracy across credentialing systems and workflows. This individual will respond to provider inquiries, support administrative and credentialing updates, and help ensure that both the provider and client experience meet Lyra’s high standards for quality and compliance. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, compliance-focused, and passionate about both operational excellence and delivering a strong provider experience, while confidently navigating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
