This is a key strategic role: you will lay the foundations (architecture, CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and best practices) and then scale the mobile scope well beyond what we deliver today. Missions: Lead the full rebuild of our existing native mobile applications using React Native, from scratch Define and implement the mobile architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability Set up the complete CI/CD pipeline for mobile (build, test, distribution, store deployment) Leverage AI-powered tools (code generation, assisted testing, copilot-style workflows) to accelerate development and raise quality standards Establish mobile engineering best practices: code structure, testing strategy, release management, and monitoring Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver a world-class mobile experience Progressively extend the mobile scope beyond the current feature set, bringing more of the DiliTrust platform to mobile users Mentor the mobile team as the project scales Stay on top of React Native ecosystem evolutions, mobile platform changes, and AI tooling advancements Your Profile: – 8+ years of professional experience in mobile development – Proven track record as a React Native expert, with deep knowledge of the ecosystem (navigation, state management, native modules, performance optimization) – Demonstrated ability to start a mobile project from scratch: bootstrapping, architecture decisions, CI/CD setup, and store deployment – Experience building and shipping production mobile apps on both iOS and Android – Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) Technical Expertise: – Expert-level proficiency in React Native and TypeScript – Strong understanding of native mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and bridging when needed – Solid experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or equivalent) – Experience with automated testing strategies for mobile (unit, integration, E2E) – Familiarity with mobile performance profiling, crash reporting, and monitoring tools – High standards for code quality, testing, and documentation Leadership & Collaboration – Ability to take full ownership of a technical domain and drive decisions autonomously – Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders – Experience mentoring developers and establishing engineering practices within a team Tech Stack React Native, TypeScript, iOS, Android, UWP, PHP/Typescript REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MariaDB, Claude code, Docker, CI/CD, GCP We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
