ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a highly analytical, commercially-minded Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale some of our most important acquisition channels. Performance marketing is a core growth engine at Nous. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising our existing paid channels — primarily Meta and Google Ads — while aggressively testing and scaling new channels such as TikTok, affiliates, and other performance-led opportunities over time. This is a role for someone who is excited by ambitious growth targets, enjoys getting deep into the numbers, and takes pride in running efficient, well-structured programmes. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in the platforms every day: building and optimising campaigns, managing budgets, developing testing roadmaps, and continuously improving performance against CPA and volume targets. You’ll work closely with creative and content teammates to shape what we put into market, and you’ll be expected to have strong views on what’s working, why it’s working, and what we should do next. Measurement and experimentation are central to the role. You’ll design and run structured tests across audiences, creative, bidding, and landing experiences, and you’ll be comfortable digging into data to diagnose issues and unlock new growth.
