ABOUT THE ROLE Nous is one of the UK’s fastest growing, AI-native consumer start-ups. We’re looking for an exceptional Growth Associate whose ambition matches our own and can help accelerate our next phase of scale. This is a high-impact, high-context role, ideal for a sharp, ambitious generalist who wants to learn fast, work on real problems, and build the muscle memory of how customer acquisition actually works at a high-performance startup. You’ll join our Growth team and work closely with senior leaders across the business - including our CEO, Greg Marsh https://www.linkedin.com/in/gmarsh/ - to tackle some of our most important growth challenges. That might mean improving how we acquire customers, streamlining our internal systems, building systems to automate manual work or testing entirely new growth bets. You’ll need to bring sharp thinking, strong commercial instincts, and a clear bias for action. Your first major project will be helping scale an unconventional - and highly successful - influencer programme. At Nous, we don’t treat influencer marketing as a brand-building channel. We treat it as a high-performance growth engine: a repeatable, data-led system designed to drive measurable acquisition at scale.
