About the Role: The IT Support Intern is a 10-week, hands-on internship based in our Dublin 15 office. You’ll gain practical experience in an enterprise IT environment while supporting employees across Dublin and the wider EMEA region including Prague & London. You’ll work closely with experienced IT professionals, building foundational skills in desktop support, troubleshooting, and IT service delivery. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to start a career in IT support, infrastructure, or enterprise technology services. This internship is not suitable for candidates seeking software engineering, programming, or development/ software engineering focused roles . Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to employees in the Dublin office and broader EMEA region Manage support requests via ticketing systems, collaboration platforms, and in-person support Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS environments Support standard enterprise applications including Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools Accurately document incidents and resolutions in line with IT service processes Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when appropriate Prepare and configure laptops and peripherals for new hires Support onboarding, desk setup, and internal equipment transitions Coordinate equipment collection and basic offboarding activities Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation Provide basic support for meeting room technology, including Zoom Rooms and AV systems Troubleshoot audio/video issues to support reliable hybrid meetings Support conference room readiness for meetings and internal events Assist with basic network connectivity checks and workstation troubleshooting under supervision Support IT room organisation and hardware-related tasks as directed Assist with tracking and auditing IT assets Support hardware refresh initiatives and responsible e-waste processes About You: Interested in IT support, desktop support, and workplace technology Loves people & will go over and beyond to help Looking for a hands-on IT operations role supporting internal employees in a corporate environment Comfortable helping internal staff (employees ...
