• Managing Global AR Collections & Strategic Accounts Ensuring timely cash flow and maintaining relationships with high-value customers. • Overseeing UAT & System Enhancements Acting as a liaison between Finance and IT to validate changes and ensure compliance. • Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinating with IT, Treasury, and external partners for process improvements and issue resolution. • Leading Strategic Projects Including Escheatment with EY, AR automation initiatives, dashboard development, and process documentation for audit readiness.
