How We Work We work in a hybrid way, spending at least 3 days a week together in the Tempe or New York office for collaboration, quick decision-making, and relationship-building. Outside of that, we’re flexible, you’ll have space to manage your schedule and focus where you work best. About the Role We are seeking a Director of Product Management to drive the next phase of Reputation Defender’s growth as a senior individual contributor. This role owns the product vision, strategy, and execution for Reputation Defender’s consumer and small business executive offerings, with a focus on expanding mass‑market reach while continuing to strengthen core reputation management capabilities. The role is accountable for delivering a market‑leading product experience that blends automation, trust, transparency, and measurable outcomes. This is a highly cross‑functional leadership role, partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, with no direct people management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision Define and own the multi‑year product vision and roadmap supporting Reputation Defender’s mass‑market expansion. Identify opportunities to drive adoption through scalable, self‑serve product experiences that complement existing offerings.
