Mission & Goals
We are looking for a
skilled and motivated Revenue
Data
Analyst
to join our team and help drive revenue growth within CSIS. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions and maximize profitability. You will work closely with
the
RevGen
LT,
Revenue Leads, TAMs, and the CSIS Drive team to ensure data integrity and relevance of the insights.
As part of our forward-thinking organization, you will also contribute to the development of
AI-powered data models and engines
designed to
optimize
revenue while delivering seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze CSIS data to uncover trends and opportunities in
Retention, Sales, and Upsell/Cross-sell
through Customer Service channels.
Proactively
identify
growth opportunities by examining large, complex datasets.
Provide support to
Revenue Leads and TAMs
by delivering
accurate
revenue projections and modeling
for strategic initiatives.
Consolidate
and follow-up on
revenue
projections
from multiple lines of business into a comprehensive, ecosystem-wide view.
Act as a point of contact for
RevGen
reporting needs, ensuring alignment with CSIS Drive team requirements.
Stay up to date with
Power BI advancements
and industry best practices.
What
We’re
Looking For
3 years
of experience in data analytics and reporting, ideally within revenue management or Customer Service.
Strong understanding of
Customer Service operations and metrics .
Proven ability to analyze transactional and revenue-related data to
identify
growth opportunities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced
proficiency
in
Microsoft Power BI
or other data visualization tools ( Looker, Tableau )
Familiarity with
Google CCAI,
Salesforce
and
Snowflake
solutions
Experience with
SQL
of
Big Query
Experience with
business case development , including revenue and cost projections.
Familiarity with AI concepts and models used for data-driven improvements.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Customer Management, Revenue Management, Data Analytics , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
