Mission and Goal The Gen Business Applications team’s mission is to champion business and customer success across Finance technology by understanding the unique needs of our users and delivering innovative solutions for delightful user experience and impactful business outcomes. About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud – Sr Principal IT Applications Specialist to architect, enhance, and support our global Fnance systems landscape. This senior individual-contributor role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance, solution architecture, integrations, and financial process optimization. You will partner closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions that support our operational excellence, compliance requirements, and future growth. Objectives Design and evolve the end-to-end finance systems architecture across Record-to-Report (R2R), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Treasury, Tax, Financial Planning, and Reporting. Demonstrate deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, FA, CM, PO, AP, Tax, ICO). Support and/or lead implementations and enhancements of Oracle Fusion ERP systems, including integrations with Finance boundary applications. Architect functional and technical solutions across R2R, S2P, FP&A, Treasury, Intercompany, and Tax business processes. Architect and develop financial and operational reporting using OTBI, BIP, FR, and Narrative Reporting. Support integrations and data flows between Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, and downstream analytics/reporting platforms. Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) is an added advantage. Experience in building AI Agents using Oracle Agent Studio and leveraging AI platforms to build smart assistants for finance teams.
