BILL is a trusted partner of leading U.S. financial institutions, accounting firms, and accounting software providers. We have operations in San Jose, CA, and Draper, UT. If you’re looking for a place that helps you do the best work of your career, look no further than BILL.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Retain and expand the revenue of BILL’s largest accounts.</li> <li>Maintain exceptional relationships with BILL’s key mid-market and strategic accounts</li> <li>Manage, onboard, and train your book of businesses to get up and running quickly and efficiently. Manage their continual onboarding and training processes.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales teams to deliver seamless client experiences. </li> <li>Work with finance/accounting executives to find applications of BILL’s platform for their business use case and accounting processes. Overcome current and potential roadblocks on product usability.</li> <li>Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of BILL’s products and services.</li> <li>Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of expense reporting and accounting practices.</li> <li>Use effective time management to maximize results.</li> <li>Document daily activity in Salesforce and Gainsight, manage a pipeline, and perform other tasks to drive sales revenue.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’d love to chat if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years in a quota carrying position</li> <li>Ability to listen, earn trust and consult with clients</li> <li>High level of initiative, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset</li> <li>Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement)</li> <li>Basic understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.)</li> <li>A hate of expense reports!</li> <li>Finance/Accounting Experience</li> <li>SaaS experience</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is noted below for our office location in San Jose, CA.
