Our AI-powered product network empowers governments and businesses to build a more resilient and secure global economy while keeping trade flowing.</p></div><p><strong>The Opportunity at Altana</strong></p> <p>As a Network Growth Sales Engineer at Altana, you will play a key role in advancing one of the company’s priority growth initiatives: scaling our network motion by leveraging logistics service provider (LSP) relationships to drive adoption among Enterprise (importer) customers. This role sits at the intersection of sales, account management, and project management, with a strong focus on value articulation, customer journey mapping, enablement, and relationship management. You’ll work closely with partners and customers to translate supply chain, compliance, and risk challenges into clear, outcome-driven solutions that drive adoption and expansion.<br><br>This position offers meaningful exposure to commercial strategy and execution, with the opportunity to develop skills across sales, account management, and partner enablement, and to shape your own long-term career path as Altana continues to scale.</p> <p><strong>You Will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead structured value-discovery conversations with logistics partners and Enterprise (importer) customers within contracted scope.</li> <li>Translate supply chain, compliance, and risk challenges into clear, platform-driven use cases and customer journey narratives.</li> <li>Enable logistics partner account managers with content, messaging, and enablement materials to successfully position and sell joint solutions.</li> <li>Support pre- and post-sales engagements through tailored walkthroughs, use-case discussions, and value-focused demonstrations.</li> <li>Identify and help advance joint expansion opportunities across partner and customer accounts.</li> <li>Manage cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Account Management, Product, and Delivery teams, coordinating input from multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Gather and synthesize user feedback and channel insights into product improvement and go-to-market discussions.</li> <li>Help identify clear pathways from partner-led value to broader Enterprise adoption.</li> <li>Contribute to repeatable enablement content, playbooks, and best practices that support scalable network growth.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="1">3–5 years of experience in a sales, account management, or revenue operations role within logistics, supply chain, global trade, or a related field, with exposure to commercial enablement a strong plus.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="1">Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, especially as they relate to enterprise importer workflows, compliance, and risk management.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="1">Demonstrated ability to connect business problems to technology-enabled solutions and clearly articulate value.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="1">Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams, manage timelines, and drive initiatives forward.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="1">Experience supporting adoption or expansion of SaaS or data-driven platforms.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="1">Confident communicator, comfortable engaging operational, commercial, and partner stakeholders.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="1">Highly collaborative, organized, and execution-focused.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="1">Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-moving environment.</li> </ul> <p>This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, USA with hybrid work flexibility and candidates must be within commuting distance from our Williamsburg office.</p> <p><stro ...
