Sales Development Representative (US) Stream is looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our pipeline and accelerate revenue growth from our Boulder office (full-time, 3 days/week in-office). At Stream, you’ll learn fast, take ownership, and directly impact the success of a fast-scaling global company. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON In this role you will support our sales reps on outbound efforts and strategies and work with managers to come up with new outbound ideas and techniques. Expect to craft thoughtful outbound messaging, run crisp qualification through cold calls, and personalize your outreach daily. Responsibilities - Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting. - Handling inbound leads. - Conduct high-quality discovery to uncover needs and align them to Stream’s solutions. - Set qualified meetings with ICP prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach. - Collaborate with AEs by attending intro calls and ensuring seamless handoffs. - Consistently hit activity and pipeline goals by driving strong top-funnel performance. - Maintain clean and accurate CRM data (Salesforce). - Stay sharp on Stream’s product, value propositions, ideal customer profile, and competitive landscape. You have - Proven cold calling + emailing skills with examples of success - Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools - Strong business acumen with the ability to think on your feet - Excellent written and verbal communication: persuasive, confident, and authentic - Ability to handle rejection, stay resilient, and stay motivated - Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Bonus points - Experience at a SaaS startup - 6+ months SDR or outbound lead gen experience at a tech company - Exposure to API-driven products or developer-focused solutions - Fluent in Spanish - Experience with the LATAM Market Why This Role Matters As an SDR at Stream, you’re not just booking meetings, you’re shaping the first impression prospects have of us.
