We’ve built an AI-powered growth engine that handles sales and marketing automatically. As a Growth Partner, you are the high-level operator who pilots this engine. You act as a fractional COO, CMO, and CRO for a portfolio of 50–100 local businesses, backed by cutting-edge technology and a team of sales experts, marketing experts, and agents that deliver world-class results. WHAT YOU’LL DO You aren't an account manager; you are a systems operator and a strategic advisor. Your goal is to ensure your clients grow while you work with our engineers to make that growth as automated as possible. - Own the Growth Strategy: You are the expert in the room. You interview owners to extract their "business brain"—their pricing, their services, and their competitive edge—and program that context into our Agentic CRM. - Direct the AI Labor: Our AI agents write the websites, run the ads, and handle the 24/7 sales calls. You provide the "final polish," ensuring everything the system produces is 100% accurate, professional, and high-quality. - Manage the Engine: You monitor your portfolio's dashboard. If leads are down for a plumber or a medspa's booking rate is slipping, you’re the one who tweaks the system to fix it. - Be the Single Point of Accountability: You are the person the business owner trusts. You translate complex data into plain English: "We got you 20 new customers this week, and here is exactly what it cost you." - Build the Product: You are the primary user of our tech. You’ll work directly with our engineering team to identify every manual task you’re doing and help them build the agents to automate it. You are comfortable with technology but also know how to talk to a business owner. - The Mindset: You are an owner, not a task-taker. You are empathetic to the struggles of small business owners but firm in your expertise.
