This means building a high-performing team, establishing engineering excellence, and shipping products that help finance teams become true strategic partners to their organizations. Day to day, you'll be hiring exceptional engineers, setting technical direction alongside our founders, unblocking your team, and fostering a culture where people do the best work of their careers. You'll be hands-on enough to make architectural decisions when needed, while spending most of your time multiplying the impact of others.
