ABOUT TWINE
At Twine, we're building a team of purpose-built AI agents that transforms raw, unstructured business data into intelligent, actionable outputs. We enable B2B software companies to become more commercial and customer-centric by delivering ready-to-act insights to the right people at the moment of opportunity.
We're a small but mighty team of less than 10 people, backed by Airtree Ventures and industry experts. This is your chance to join a funded early-stage company where your work will directly shape how thousands of businesses understand and act on their customer signals.
THE ROLE
We're looking for our first marketing hire to architect how Twine defines and dominates the AI agent-driven customer intelligence category, from first brand impression to qualified pipeline.
This isn't your typical marketing role. You'll be creating the playbook for how an entirely new category gets built, while simultaneously executing campaigns that turn early market curiosity into revenue. You're both the strategist defining how we educate a market that doesn't yet know it needs us, and the operator ensuring every campaign, every piece of content, and every channel contributes to pipeline.
You'll shape how thousands of B2B software companies think about customer intelligence while building Twine's brand from its infancy to market leader. In a space where most competitors are still talking in features and integrations, you'll craft the narrative that reframes the entire conversation around outcomes and intelligence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define the category positioning. Create the definitive narrative for AI agent-driven customer intelligence that the entire market will follow.
- Build demand for what doesn't exist yet. Educate sophisticated B2B buyers on why scattered customer signals are costing them millions in missed opportunities.
- Craft campaigns that sell the future. Develop content and messaging that transforms "we don't know we need this" into "we can't survive without this".
- Orchestrate world-class execution. Collaborate with our Design Lead and contractors to produce campaigns that set the standard for B2B marketing.
- Establish thought leadership. Position our company as the definitive voice on customer intelligence transformation.
- Build marketing systems that scale. Create repeatable playbooks that turn Twine's growth from linear to exponential.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strong experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation (ideally B2B SaaS).
- Proven ability to build brand awareness and drive lead generation in new or emerging categories.
- Strategic thinking with execution skills. You can define the plan and make sure it ships by mobilizing the right people.
- Content strategy expertise. You know what content types build trust and how to distribute them effectively.
- Pragmatic mindset. You know when to focus on craft and when to just get shit done.
- Generalist thinking with deep marketing expertise. You love wearing multiple hats while bringing serious skill to your craft.
- Comfortable with rapid learning and experimentation. No specialists here, we expect everyone to push their boundaries.
- Passion for using AI to solve real problems and automate recurring work.
Bonus Points
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns (content, social, PR, partnerships, paid)
- Track record of using content to drive pipeline, not just clicks or impressions
- Has built or redefined brand awareness in a new or emerging category
- Experience at early-stage companies where you've had to figure things out from scratch
- Hands-on enough to write/plan campaigns, but experienced in directing contractors and agencies
