THE ROLE We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our CTO to help architect and build the technical foundation that powers our AI-driven customer intelligence platform. You'll be joining at a critical inflection point where your code will define how businesses interact with their customer data. This is both a strategic and deeply hands-on role. You'll work directly with our leadership team to solve complex technical challenges, from building intuitive user interfaces to optimizing AI model performance. You'll collaborate closely with our product team to translate customer insights into technical requirements and engineer solutions that scale. This is your opportunity to build a category leader in AI-powered business intelligence. You'll be building products that don't exist yet and solving problems that no one has solved before. Your work will help establish the technical standards for how companies think about customer data. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build the product that defines a category. You'll architect and implement core features across our full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend APIs, directly shaping how B2B companies understand their customer signals. - Work with cutting-edge AI technology. You'll integrate and optimize AI/ML models, including LLMs and NLP frameworks, to transform unstructured business data into actionable intelligence. - Ship fast and iterate relentlessly. You'll deliver high-quality software with rapid development cycles, balancing technical excellence with speed to market in our early-stage environment. - Collaborate across the entire product. You'll work directly with founders, designers, and customers to identify technical requirements, break down complex features, and make critical architecture decisions. - Talk to customers and solve real problems. You'll regularly engage with users to understand their challenges, validate technical solutions, and identify new opportunities for our platform. - Scale our technical foundation. You'll build robust, scalable systems that can handle growing data volumes and expanding customer bases while maintaining performance and reliability. - Foster engineering excellence. You'll establish technical standards, code quality practices, and development processes that will scale with our growing engineering team. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Core Requirements: - Experience building web applications with modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms like AWS. - Experience shipping complex software features from conception to production, including breaking down requirements and working with cross-functional teams. - AI/ML product experience working with NLP frameworks, LLMs, or machine learning models in production environments. - Pragmatic mindset. You know when to focus on craft and when to just get shit done. - Generalist thinking with deep engineering expertise. You love wearing multiple hats while bringing serious technical skill to your craft. - Comfortable with rapid learning and experimentation.
