The team: The Revenue Operations team sits strategically at the unification of people, process, technology, and data. They work to drive a buyer centric go-to-market strategy and enable the ability for Jobber to engage with the right person, at the right time, in the right way. The team consists of roles that contribute to a whole that is much greater than the sum of its parts. The role: Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations, the Senior Manager, Revenue Technology is a transformational leader and creative problem solver with a passion for tackling GTM technology across the entire customer journey. They are responsible for managing a high performance team that is directly owning revenue technology and its ongoing development. They will ensure deep collaboration with technical contributors and shape the overall technical landscape for Jobbers GTM teams. The Senior Manager, Revenue Technology will: - Manage a team of Revenue Technology Admins while actively developing their skillset and technical effectiveness. - Manage a wide array of senior and executive level contributors across the engineering and data org. - Take ownership of all revenue technologies and associated initiatives. - Work closely with technical leads on finding cohesion and space across multiple sprints and competing roadmaps. - Work collaboratively with the leaders to drive the technology and overall Jobber strategy to accelerate the most strategic business outcomes. - Drive and provide data driven recommendations to execute, monitor and communicate progress, trade-offs or decisions needed - Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure.
