That’s where Jobber Payments comes in. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Payments Growth to help more customers discover, adopt, and get value from Jobber Payments. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of customer experience and product growth. You’ll own key parts of the payments funnel across discovery, enablement, activation, and retention, helping more Pros get up and running with Jobber Payments and experience the value of getting paid fast. The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Payments Growth who is excited by the idea of helping more small businesses discover, adopt, and succeed with a better way to get paid. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind growing Jobber Payments adoption and usage. You’ll look across the full customer journey: how customers discover payments, understand the value, enable the product, activate successfully, build it into their workflow, and continue using it over time. You’ll identify where the experience breaks down, where friction exists, and where the biggest opportunities are to improve conversion and retention. Some of that work will look like shaping longer-term strategy. Some of it will look like rolling up your sleeves, running experiments, learning quickly, and iterating your way to better outcomes. This role is a strong fit for someone who is both strategic and scrappy. Someone who can spot opportunity in the data, talk directly to customers, and move quickly from insight to execution.
