About the Role We are hiring a Senior Learning Experience Designer based in Poland to own and scale customer learning across multiple CaptivateIQ products and personas. This is a senior, production-focused role with end-to-end ownership of primarily asynchronous learning experiences delivered through our learning platform. You will design and build role-based, product-specific learning paths, develop new courses, refresh existing content, and continuously evolve education as our products and workflows change. This role is critical to helping customers adopt complex technical functionality across our multi-product ecosystem while reducing friction for Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success. You’ll focus on: Multi-product, multi-persona learning paths (e.g., Builder, Maintain, Finance, Partner) Implementation, UAT, and operational workflows Ongoing use, troubleshooting, and optimization Finance, reporting, and advanced usage patterns This is a remote role based in Poland. You will collaborate closely with teammates in EMEA and North America.
