The Role in Brief: Senior Consultant and Principal, Enrollment Marketing Services The Senior Consultant and Principal, Enrollment Marketing Services partners with our internal client development, client account, and corporate marketing teams and provides thought leadership and guidance to advance our current and prospective higher education clients' undergraduate enrollment goals through our proven, customized, data-driven solutions. This is a highly visible role positioned to promote EAB's value proposition to clients, increase overall revenue and profitability, and advocate for future product and service innovations. This hire may be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C.; this position is also open to remote employment within the continental United States as well. Primary Responsibilities: Collaboration with New Client Development: The Senior Consultant and Principal works collaboratively with the client development (sales) team to help present the value of EAB services from a practitioner's point of view. Additionally, the Senior Consultant and Principal will strategize with the team on the most appropriate suite of services to meet prospective clients’ undergraduate enrollment needs. Client Strategy & Support: The Senior Consultant and Principal works collaboratively with the client services and client success teams to assist in ensuring the client reaches their undergraduate enrollment goals. The Senior Consultant and Principal will participate on weekly calls, ad hoc enrollment consulting, support in-person client meetings, and developing specific strategies for client retention and growth goals. Corporate Marketing Support: The Senior Consultant and Principal will assist the corporate marketing team on the conception, creation, and delivery of thought leadership presentations in the form of webinars, podcasts, and conference presentations. Strategic Enrollment Management Consulting: The Senior Consultant and Principal will participate in EAB consulting contracts as required.
