About the Role The Verkada Team is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Fulfillment team in Taiwan! We are looking for a self-starter to support our global Operations and Sales teams. This opportunity requires an experienced individual with excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a can-do attitude! What You’ll Do Communicate order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and in person. Process incoming orders, validate purchase order contents are accurate, engage with our warehouses to ensure timely dispatch. Process incoming returns from our customers and warehouse. This includes receiving, categorizing, and initiating refurbishment process. Work with the larger operations (Global Operations, Supply Chain) team to support inbound and outbound shipments, escalations and exceptions. Collaborate with Finance on various returns / orders issues. Take on other projects and tasks to help support Verkada operations What You Bring +2 years minimum experience in a call center setting Email handling and order entry experience in high volume environment Proficient with both written and verbal communication (email, phone, in person). Knowledge of email etiquette is required Ability to complete tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision, requiring self-discipline, self-motivation, and ability to manage time effectively Strong attention to detail, comfortable working in fast-paced startup environment, and team player with positive attitude Must be able to pass a customer service assessment Netsuite and Salesforce experience (not required, but a plus) Ability to work 7:00AM-4:00PM Taipei time Bachelor's Degree preferred Taiwan Employee Benefits Verkada is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes the holistic health and wellbeing of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive wellness perks, benefits, and resources.
