<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>We’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives.</p>
<p>This is a frontline leadership role. Your job is to translate our go-to-market strategy into consistent team execution. You’ll coach reps, inspect deals, drive forecast accuracy, and create the structure that allows strong performance to repeat quarter after quarter.</p>
<p>You’ll contribute insights to sales leadership — what’s working, what’s not, where we should adjust — but your primary accountability is team performance and development.</p>
<h3>Some things you'll do</h3>
<p><strong>Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coach and develop Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed quota</li>
<li>Run focused 1:1s centered on deal quality, skills growth, and accountability</li>
<li>Support rep ramping and address performance gaps early</li>
<li>Foster a team culture rooted in ownership, collaboration, and high standards</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Drive Pipeline Health and Forecast Accuracy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead weekly pipeline and forecast reviews focused on deal progression, qualification rigor, and next-step clarity</li>
<li>Improve predictability by strengthening inspection discipline and CRM hygiene across the team</li>
<li>Maintain appropriate pipeline coverage and proactively identify creation gaps</li>
<li>Reinforce structured, rep-owned outbound execution tied to measurable standards and pipeline outcomes</li>
<li>Use metric review and experimentation to improve outbound effectiveness over time</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Support High-Quality Deal Execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coach reps to run thoughtful, well-qualified mid-market opportunities from discovery through close</li>
<li>Elevate deal strategy by strengthening positioning, value articulation, and executive-level communication</li>
<li>Help reps navigate complexity in pricing, stakeholder alignment, and procurement processes</li>
<li>Identify patterns in stalled deals and raise the team’s overall execution maturity</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Partner Cross-Functionally</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Solutions Architects to unblock deals and improve execution</li>
<li>Share frontline feedback on messaging, territory design, and enablement</li>
<li>Pilot and operationalize GTM initiatives within your team</li>
</ul>
<h3>What we're looking for</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="423" data-end="460">7–10 years total sales experience, with 3–5+ years managing quota-carrying reps, preferably within the Marketing Technology SaaS industry.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success leading mid-market or high-velocity sales teams</li>
<li>Strong pipeline inspection and forecasting discipline</li>
<li>Experience coaching outbound pipeline generation in evolving sales motions</li>
<li>Familiarity operating within a structured qualification framework such as MEDDICC</li>
<li>Clear, direct communicator comfortable holding high standards</li>
<li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, growth-stage environment</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compensation Benefits</h3>
<p>We believe in transparency. Compensation for this role is $145,000 base + $145,000 variable = $290,000 OTE (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.</p>
