DashMarts function as micro fulfillment centers that power on-demand delivery of snacks, groceries, household essentials, flowers and so much more through the DoorDash app. We showcase both national brands and local favorites as part of our selection across the country. About the Role The Manager of Field Strategy will serve as the operational backbone for DashMart's site network, owning the creation and maintenance of standardized processes, performance systems, and operational cadences that drive consistent execution across all locations. This role will focus on translating business strategy into actionable site-level standards, developing comprehensive playbooks and SOPs, and building performance management systems that reduce variability and improve outcomes network-wide. Success will be measured by the reduction in site-to-site performance variability and the percentage of sites meeting established operational standards. You will establish a foundation of standardized processes that enable predictable execution. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the operational DNA of a rapidly scaling retail network, working directly with site leadership to transform how locations execute daily operations. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment as DashMart expands partnerships with major grocery retailers and requires enterprise-grade operational consistency to support this growth.
