About the Role: 営業オペレーション基盤整備・高度化を主軸とし、イントラネットやCRM等のシステム基盤、イベント／セミナー運営プロセス、各種デジタルツールの設計・改善・浸透を通じて、営業活動の効率化および質の向上を推進し営業目標達成に貢献するポジションである。 営業部門、Marketing、Medical、Digitalなどの関連部門と連携しながら、現場の課題を構造化し、業務プロセスの標準化・可視化・最適化を行うことで、安定的かつ再現性のある営業オペレーションの構築を担う。 加えて、SLTやKick Off Meeting等の社内会議の企画・運営サポート、ならびに営業活動データの可視化・分析を通じて、営業組織全体の円滑な運営と生産性向上に貢献する。 What You'll Do: 営業オペレーション基盤整備・高度化の企画および推進（システム、業務プロセス、デジタルツールの設計・改善・浸透） イントラネット、CRM、TEAMS等の営業関連システムの運用設計および管理 イベント／セミナー企画実行管理プロセス、申請・報告フローの整備および運用支援 営業部門、Marketing、Medical、Digital等の関連部門と連携した業務プロセス最適化 営業活動データおよびサポートデータの可視化、分析、レポーティング 営業部長会議、Kick Off Meeting、営業本部会議等の社内会議の企画・運営サポート 現場からの業務課題の収集・整理および改善施策の立案・実行 外部ベンダーとの連携および進行管理 Who You Are: 営業オペレーションの実務経験 業務プロセス設計、業務改善、運用構築の経験 CRM やSFA等の営業支援システムに関する知識または運用経験 イベント／講演会運営プロセスに関する知識・経験 関連部門と協業した推進経験 高いLeader Ship＆ Communication力/ステークホルダー調整力、課題を構造的に整理し、改善案を立案・実行できる能力 Excel、PowerPointを用いた資料作成およびデータ整理・可視化スキル デジタルエンゲージメント施策の企画、データ分析やダッシュボード構築、ベンダーマネジメントの経験 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション力 Where You’ll Work This role is based out of our Tokyo office with weekly flexibility to support both your professional and personal needs.
