Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.What You Will Be Doing:You will lead the strategy, operations, quality, and personnel development of Helion’s Supply Chain organization. In close partnership with company leadership, you will define and execute scalable processes that align with business goals, support long-term planning for generator components, and prepare for facility expansion. You will report to the VP of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office.You Will:Define and implement strategic goals to streamline and scale supply chain operationsEstablish business plans and lead purchasing and supply chain teams to achieve operational objectivesCollaborate with leaders across Helion to align supply chain planning with timelines for generator components and new facility logisticsDevelop systems and processes for evaluating and building a network of suppliers based on capability and capacityAct as the operational lead for selecting and implementing supply chain software, tools, and proceduresDrive strategic planning and execution of special projects across the organizationRequired Skills:Demonstrated experience in progressively senior roles within operations, production, or purchasing functionsExperience managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth environmentProven success in standing up production lines, programs, or assembly operations under tight timelinesExperience working in a technology or research-driven startupDirect experience owning and solving complex organizational or logistical challengesStrong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills#LI-Onsite #LI-MT1BenefitsOur total compensation package includes benefits, including but not limited to:• Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for employees and their families • 31 Days of PTO (21 vacation days and 10 sick days) • 10 Paid holidays, plus company-wide winter break • Up to 5% employer 401(k) match • Short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance • Paid parental leave and support (up to 16 weeks) • Annual wellness stipendHelion is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
