Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.What You Will Be Doing:As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a central role in building Helion’s technical teams by identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent for our highest-priority roles. You’ll run targeted outbound efforts, reach candidates who aren’t actively on the market, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong, intentional pipelines for critical work. This is an onsite role based in Everett, WA, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager at our Everett, WA office.You Will:Transform hiring leader requirements into compelling opportunity messages that achieve high response rates from targeted outreachLeverage competitive intelligence to identify and engage top technical talent from organizations with relevant expertiseApply performance-based interviewing techniques to predict on-the-job success, not just technical qualificationsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profilesTrack sourcing metrics and optimize outreach strategies based on performance dataRequired Skills:3+ years of experience finding and engaging individuals not looking for new opportunitiesDemonstrated perseverance in outbound sourcing and candidate engagementExperience using total addressable market data to identify and target candidate poolsStrong written and verbal communication skills for candidate outreach and engagementExperience with sourcing tools and platforms to identify and research potential candidatesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail#LI-Onsite BenefitsOur total compensation package includes benefits, including but not limited to:• Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for employees and their families • 31 Days of PTO (21 vacation days and 10 sick days) • 10 Paid holidays, plus company-wide winter break • Up to 5% employer 401(k) match • Short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance • Paid parental leave and support (up to 16 weeks) • Annual wellness stipendHelion is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
