Nabis maintains a fun and energetic culture! </li> <li>Competitive compensation. </li> </ol> <p><strong>The Role </strong></p> <p>Nabis is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment between our local distribution teams, partner brands, and internal compliance leadership. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of Nabis’ regulatory operations, overseeing testing workflows, and collaborating to define and teach best practices that will pave the way for scaling Nabis’ central distribution offering. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-driven, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary compliance liaison between local operations and internal compliance leadership, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange. ● Oversee local testing responsibilities and manage communication between Nabis, licensed laboratory partners, and brand representatives.</li> <li>Act as the local point person for central distribution coordination, collaborating closely with the Woodlake facility and Embarc’s distribution team to ensure compliance integrity across all shipments. </li> <li>Maintain METRC license integrity by actively monitoring for rejected packages, addressing discrepancies, and resolving compliance red flags in real time. ● Support rollout and implementation of new SOPs introduced to the delivery spokes, specifically those related to reverse fulfillment and product processing workflows. ● Communicate compliance expectations clearly to local staff and ensure consistent adherence to company protocols and state regulations. </li> <li>Proactively identify areas of compliance risk and collaborate with leadership to implement preventive and corrective actions. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in cannabis operations, regulatory compliance, or distribution preferred </li> <li>Strong familiarity with METRC and cannabis compliance tracking systems</li> <li>Knowledge of California cannabis regulations and the operational implications of distribution compliance </li> <li>Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, third-party vendors, and regulatory partners </li> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve compliance discrepancies quickly and pro ...
