Backend Engineer (Product, Infra)

We really, really love it.We work in Typescript and a tiny amount of Python, but we try not to be precious about these things.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build scalable, high-performance infrastructure.Design architectures that allow both engineers and language models to quickly create, test, and deploy application code.Create reliable monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform stability and performanceMentor teammates and lead technical decision-making across the organizationCollaborate with AI and product teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutionsDrive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and documentationUse codegen models to move 10x faster than you did two years agoAbout youYou love language models.You have the patience to be rigorous.You act like an owner in everything you do.People tell you you pick things up unusually quickly.You love the weird little details of life in our customer’s companies. You care about your work and you care about moving fast.
